Contractors, vendors, consultants, and third parties acting on behalf of Flex Finance

Bribery or breaches of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy
Misuse of company resources or confidential information
Conflict of interest
Serious health and safety risks

6. Investigation Process
All reports will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
A preliminary review will be conducted to determine the credibility and scope of the allegation.
Where necessary, a formal investigation will be initiated.
Investigations will be handled impartially and confidentially.
Findings will be documented, and appropriate corrective actions will be taken.
7. Protection Against Retaliation
Flex Finance prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Retaliation may include:
Dismissal or demotion
Harassment or victimization
Any adverse employment consequence
Any form of retaliation will be treated as a disciplinary offense and may result in termination.
8. False Allegations
While whistleblowers are protected, malicious or knowingly false reports are unacceptable and may lead to disciplinary action.
9. Confidentiality
All whistleblowing reports will be treated with strict confidentiality. The identity of the whistleblower will be protected, unless disclosure is legally required.
10. Roles and Responsibilities
Head of Compliance: Oversight of whistleblowing process, investigation coordination, and reporting to executive management.
Line Managers: Create a safe environment and promptly escalate concerns.
All Employees: Report concerns responsibly and cooperate during investigations.
11. Communication and Awareness
This policy will be:
Included in employee onboarding materials
Made available on internal platforms
Reviewed during periodic compliance training
12. Review and Updates
This policy shall be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect legal, regulatory, and operational changes.
